Please note, that to ensure the safe shipment of the goods we use services requiring signature at delivery. The person signing for the delivery will be held responsible for the package.

If the package arrives with the visual signs of damage, but you are still willing to accept it, please take pictures confirming the damages on delivery, clearly stating date & time. This evidence will be crucial to investigate your case and assist with further exchange and/or refund if the products were damaged as well.


Under Distance Selling Regulations, our customers have a right to return their orders within 14 days of receipt if the items they purchased arrived damaged or if they received incorrect items. To qualify for return, the items must be unused, unopened and remain in the same condition as at receipt. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened or used items.

You are eligible to the full refund of your order value, but not for the return shipping costs. Please note, that you will be responsible for all costs, risk of loss and/or damage when returning the goods, so make sure you select the reliable shipping option and/or agent. We will only return the shipping expenses if the product you have received was incorrect or damaged. When returning the item, you should also include the invoice and the receipt for shipment. You will be issued a refund within 30 days.

If your order arrived damaged or containing incorrect items, you can exchange those if the items are unused, unopened and remain in the same condition as at receipt. In such case, we will reimburse your shipping fees.

However, to ensure that your case is dealt promptly, we ask all our customers to report wrong and/or damaged orders within 48 hours of delivery.

Important: before shipping the item for return and/or exchange, customers should contact our Customer Care team at with description of the problem and photo/video evidences if applicable. Our Team will strive to get back to you within next 24-48 hours.

We cannot refund or exchange any gifts, samples, discounted or promotional items. However, if any of the mentioned items arrived damaged, we will be ready to replace it for you.


We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express cards. We also accept Apple Pay.

Please note, that for all other cards the fee of 3% of the total order value will be applied.
